clk: ti: am43xx: Fix clock parent for RTC clock
commit 5f3d9b07b9bb4679922f0b2e2baa770e74a6bbd3 upstream.
Currently enabling clkctrl clock on am4 can fail for RTC as the clock
parent is wrong for RTC.
