[PATCH] ppc32: CPM UART fixes
Here is a patch to fix some bugs with the current CPM UART code, Tom Rini
has seen this and ok'd it.
* Fixes need to config both SMC1 & SCC1
* Fixes buffer descriptor wrapping issue in set_termios
* Fixes confusion in Kconfig regarding CPM1 vs CPM2
