[kobject] Update Documentation and licenses.
- Make it very explicit that supplying an object desctructor is imperative
if using the interface for object reference counting.
- Add GPL statement to the source files.
- Add GFL (http://www.fsf.org/licenses/fdl.html) statement to documentation.
