[AGPGART] Fix two nasty bugs in the K8 AGP support:
From Andi.
- Don't kill AGP in the IOMMU code (Badari Pulavarty)
- Do checking for overlapping aperture/pci resource correctly
(thanks to Arjan van de Ven for noticing)
