mfd: tps65219: Add support for TI TPS65214 PMIC
Use chip ID and chip_data struct to differentiate between 3 PMIC devices in probe(). Add TPS65214 resource information. Update descriptions and copyright information to reflect the driver supports 3 PMIC devices.
