[PATCH] Fix nfsroot option handling

The following patch fixes up a number of bugs in the NFSroot parser
rewrite from patchset
trond.myklebust@fys.uio.no|ChangeSet|20040411182341|00938
It also ensures that NFSroot mount options are consistent with the userland
"mount" program.
