drm/xe/uapi: Add documentation for DRM_XE_GEM_CREATE_FLAG_DEFER_BACKING
Add documentation for drm_xe_gem_create structure flag
DRM_XE_GEM_CREATE_FLAG_DEFER_BACKING.
v2: Modified to be in a more generalised way.
