[PATCH] NAPI_HOWTO.txt typo + interrupt fix

This fixes a couple of little mistakes in Documentation/NAPI_HOWTO.txt;
I also updated the interrupt handler stuff while I was at it. Jamal Hadi
Salim has seen and acked it.
