[PATCH] sh: sh-sci updates.

This adds support for the SH7300 as well as the SH5-101/103 processors as well
as specific board support for the RTS7751R2D.
In addition to this, the sh early printk code is gutted so that we use the
generic CONFIG_EARLY_PRINTK interfaces instead.
