[ALPHA] Fix compressed bootp.

The bootstrap decompressor uses some libraries built for the kernel,
which include lib/lib.a and thus vsprintf.o, whose "vsnprintf"
contains an unresolved reference to "printk".
This is caused by Linus' changes to "vsnprintf" which will now issue a
(printk) warning message under certain conditions.
