[PATCH] PATCH 14/16: NFSD: TCP: Declare max response sizes for NFS and NLM
Declare response sizes for nfs/lockd requests
This allows sndbuf reservation to be more accurate.
For lockd we just say "0" for now, meaning assume the max.
This could be improved, but it isn't critical.
