ISDN: Export all hisax symbols from drivers/isdn/hisax/config.o
As a courtesy to s390, remove drivers/isdn/hisax/fsm.o from
$(export-objs), so that it doesn't clash with the S390 fsm.o, which
is exporting symbols as well ;)
