kbuild: small toplevel makefile tidyup
- add comment about the vmlinux link components
- get rid of DRIVERS-y - always linking in sound/sound.o doesn't harm
- sort SUBDIRS in link order
- always use := to assign
- remove supeflous $(TOPDIR) for lib/lib.a
