firmware: imx: scu: Update error code
IMX_SC_ERR_NOTFOUND should map with -ENOENT, not -EEXIST. -ENODEV makes
more sense for IMX_SC_ERR_NOPOWER, and -ECOMM makes more sense for
IMX_SC_ERR_IPC.
