Pull more tpm updates from Jarkko Sakkinen:
"This is targeted for tpm2-sessions updates.
There's two bug fixes and two more cosmetic tweaks for HMAC protected
sessions. They provide a baseine for further improvements to be
implemented during the the course of the release cycle"
