Add an attribute of "no-hpd" for the Rockchip dw-hdmi-qp controller.
This is used to describe implementations where the HPD pin is not
connected or used for other purposes, such as in the RK3588S based
Gameforce Ace which repurposed the GPIO for an additional face
button.
The "no-hpd" option was chosen to be consistent with other devices
which already define this parameter for broken or missing hpd
functionality.

Define a new compatible for RK3368 HDMI.
The RK3368 HDMI also uses a PHY internal to the controller, so works
similar to other controllers, with the exception that the RK3368
only has one VOP, so there is no source selection needed.

Convert cdn-dp-rockchip.txt to yaml.
Add new "port@1" property which represents the CDN DP output to keep
the same style as the other display interfaces.
This patch also changes the constraints for "phys" and "extcon". For
the original binding, only one phy and the corresponding extcon can
be specified. In the new binding, one or two phys can be specified.
Since the RK3399 has two DP-USB PHYs, specifying one allows output
via the corresponding PHY, while specifying two lets the driver
choose one PHY for output. This rule also applies to extcon, which
provides the cable state for the corresponding PHY.

Compared with RK3288/RK3399, the HBR2 link rate support is the main
improvement of RK3588 eDP TX controller, and there are also two
independent eDP display interfaces on RK3588 Soc.
The newly added 'apb' reset is to ensure the APB bus of eDP controller
works well on the RK3588 SoC.

The hdmi-connector nodes are now functional and the new way to model
hdmi ports nodes with both in and output port subnodes. Unfortunately
with the conversion to YAML the old method with only an input port node
was used. Later the new method was also added to the binding.
A binding must be unambiguously, so remove the old port property
entirely and make port@0 and port@1 a requirement as all
upstream dts files are updated as well and because checking
deprecated stuff is a bit pointless.
Update the example to avoid use of the removed property.
