Move PARIDE protocol modules out of drivers/block into
drivers/ata/pata_parport and update the CONFIG_ symbol names to
PATA_PARPORT.
[Damien]
The pata_parport driver file itsef is also moved together with the
protocol modules in drivers/ata/pata_parport.

Remove PARIDE core and high level protocols, taking care not to break
low-level drivers (used by pata_parport). Also update documentation.

paride_register() returns 1 on success, 0 on failure and module init
code looks like
static int __init foo_init(void)
{
return paride_register(&foo) - 1;
}
which is not what one get used to. Converted to usual 0/-E convention.
In case of kbic driver, unwind registration. It was just
return (paride_register(&k951)||paride_register(&k971))-1;

We're about to change the semantics of pi_register()'s return value, so
rename it to something else first, so that any unconverted code reliaby
breaks.

Still not safe (we use __MOD_INC_USE_COUNT in paride.c; old code has
MOD_INC_USE_COUNT in protocol drivers), but that takes crap in one
place.
->owner added
paride.c grabs/releases it if if present
->proto_init() became empty for almost everything
->proto_release() <<--->>
->proto_init() returns int now (the only case where we do have a
non-empty ->proto_init() needed that all along). paride.c
taught to deal with that.

somewhat related to the above - drivers/block/paride/* switched to
module_init()/module_exit(), pd.c taught to use LBA if disks support
it (needed for paride disks >8Gb; change is fairly trivial and I've
got 40Gb one ;-)
