Trying to compile the v850 port brings many compile errors, one of them exists
since at least kernel 2.6.19.
There also seems to be noone willing to bring this port back into a usable
state.
This patch therefore removes the v850 port.
If anyone ever decides to revive the v850 port the code will still be
available from older kernels, and it wouldn't be impossible for the port to
reenter the kernel if it would become actively maintained again.

Remove unused TIF_NOTIFY_RESUME flag for all processor architectures. The
flag was not used excecpt on IA-64 where the patch replaces it with
TIF_PERFMON_WORK.

The preempt_count member of struct thread_info is currently either defined
as int, unsigned int or __s32 depending on arch. This patch makes the type
of preempt_count an int on all archs.
Having preempt_count be an unsigned type prevents the catching of
preempt_count < 0 bugs, and using int on some archs and __s32 on others is
not exactely "neat" - much nicer when it's just int all over.
A previous version of this patch was already ACK'ed by Robert Love, and the
only change in this version of the patch compared to the one he ACK'ed is
that this one also makes sure the preempt_count member is consistently
commented.

This makes memdie a TIF_MEMDIE.
memdie will not be modified by the current task, so it cannot be a
PF_MEMDIE but it must be a TIF_MEMDIE.

This re-organizes the thread info allocations a bit, so that
architectures like ia64 that want to allocate the thread_info structure
as part of the task structure allocation can do so.
The bulk of the patch is adding the "tsk" information to the thread
info allocator (ignored by all non-ia64 architectures), and switching
the order of the allocators to make this all possible.

This is the V850 support maintained by Miles Bader at NEC
Again this is just arch and include/asm- files. It matches 2.5.45-uc1 + v850
fixes which is close to what was in my old tree (some clean up done since then)
plus Kconfig
