tests/run-perfbench.py: Fix issues when -s/-m is used with failed tests.
The option '-s' (--diff-score) or '-m' (--diff-time) fails when the
specified result contains tests that was skipped or failed.
This patch ignores "skipped: " or "failed: " message.
