zephyr/boards: Add PocketBeagle 2 rev A0 m4 support.
Add support for PocketBeagle 2 rev A0 m4. Since it has 256K of SRAM (split
into 192K instruction and 64K data regions), some things need to be
disabled in MicroPython to make it fit.
